How the process of a Squarespace template “Done-for-you” works

    01. Select your template

    Choose the template from my collection that best suits your style and requirements. Each template includes key pages and custom-coded elements.

    02. 1-hour Prep Call

    Once our project is confirmed, we will schedule a one-hour preparation call via Zoom to discuss and plan your future website. I will answer any questions you may have and provide recommendations for gathering your text and images.

    03. Content preparation

    During this step, you will need to prepare all the elements required for your website. This includes branding, text, and professional images.

    04. Web design in 5 days

    Over a span of five days, I will customize the template to align with your brand by incorporating your branding elements, texts, and images. We will conclude with 1.5 hours of live revisions to finalize any adjustments.

    05. Website Launch

    In this step, we will proceed with the Squarespace subscription. You'll receive a 20% discount on your first annual subscription. Afterwards, I will connect your domain and launch your website.

  • A mid-century chair

    06. Post-launch Support

    You’ll receive a video recording and a PDF to teach you how to edit custom sections and you’ll have two-week post-launch design support via email.

  • Squarespace templates are typically quite generic and require adjustments to meet your specific needs. In contrast, my templates are unique and strategically designed, including customized code for added functionality and a distinctive feel. They offer a great middle ground between a custom website and a template. Through a "done for you" service, I will handle every detail. This will save you time and provide peace of mind that you can't get with a DIY approach when you're only buying a template. We will also make sure that your website is also fully optimized and responsive.

  • If you need additional pages or particular features, like a store, scheduling, or courses, I'm here to help. I can provide a separate quote for these additional services.

  • Absolutely. My templates can be customized to your industry. The most important thing when selecting one of my templates is to ensure that the key pages and design elements match your needs. If you need an additional page or feature, we can also add that separately to best suit your project. You can also explore my Squarespace web design services here.

  • You will need your branding (logo, typography system and colour palette), professional images and your copy (texts for your website).

  • You will need to have it completed before our project start or alternatively you can add the mini brand package to your template.

  • You will need to provide with your own copy. If you need help, I can recommend one of my trusted copywritter to help you with that!

  • A professional brand photo session is highly recommended and should be completed before our project begins. Alternatively we can use stock photography. You can search and provide a cohesive selection of stock images. I can conduct this research and edit the images for a cohesive look. Please note that this service comes at an additional cost.

  • We will update the brand, including the logo, typography, and color palette, as well as all text and photos.

    Based on your needs, we can remove, swap, or add pre-designed sections to other pages without modifying the design. If you need something more specific, please mention it during our consultation call, and I can provide a separate quote for the additional work.

  • I'm sorry, but at this time, all my templates are offered as a done-for-you service.
