If you don't need a full website built but still want to work with a professional web designer, a design day is perfect for you! Whether you've built your site yourself, feel it's outdated, or simply need a few updates or features, I can help you in tackling your to-do list.
A design day is a dedicated time block that is customized to meet your specific needs. To ensure efficient work, we will start with a one-hour preparation call to thoroughly review your to-do list, identify priorities, and prepare for the Design Day. On the designated day, I will address your to-do list and begin the transformation!
With a design day, you will be taking a proactive step towards improving your online presence and achieving your objectives.

The Design Days are time-based and allow for a focused and efficient amount of work to be accomplished within a short period of time. However, it is important to note that while I will always aim to achieve as much as possible within the given timeframe, I cannot guarantee deliverables.
If you require a full website redesign, a Squarespace or Shopify Website Design would be better suited for your project.

01. CONTACT & CONSULTATION
If you are interested in working with me, contact me via the inquiry form. Once submitted, we will schedule a free 30-minute consultation call to discuss your project, goals, and needs. This is also a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure that we are a good fit.

02. BOOKING
I will send you the first invoice (50%) along with the contract to be digitally signed in order to book your design day.

03. PREP CALL
During our call, we will review your website and discuss your to-do list, establish priorities, and determine how many items I will be able to implement during the design day.

04. CONTENT PREPARATION
After our meeting, you will need to gather any new content or assets you want me to implement during our Design Day.

05. DESIGN DAY
During your dedicated design day, you will need to be available to provide me with quick feedback and answer any questions I may have throughout the day. We will also have a wrap-up call at the end of the day.

Before our prep call, you will need to prepare your wish list in order of priority. We’ll then review it together to optimize it.
Before the Design Day, you will need to provide me with any new content or assets needed for the Design Day.

During our prep call, I will provide a realistic assessment of what I can accomplish during your Design Day. If necessary, you have the option to book another half or full day to complete your to-do list.
In this case, if you wish, the 1-hour prep call can be switched to 1 hour of additional design time. -
To avoid delays and make the most of our day, please ensure that you choose a day when you are fully available when booking with me.

Whether you are booking a full or half day, the design days include a 1-hour prep call. If you require additional guidance for your website, we can book a separate 1.5h strategy call.

To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% first-payment. The final payment will be due the day before your scheduled design day.

With a minimum of 14 days' notice, you can reschedule your design day once. The new design day must be scheduled within 1 month of the initial date.
