Shopify was created as an online store solution offering a large catalog of built-in features and apps. It is one of the best e-commerce platforms on the market today for full e-commerce sites.

Absolutely! I offer half or full design days to help refresh existing websites. If you need help migrating from Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1, a new Shopify theme, advanced customizations, or a full redesign, I can provide a custom quote.

Before starting your project, you will need to have the following:
- Brand assets (unless specified in your package)
- Professional photography
- Text content
After booking with me, you will receive access to your personalized client portal. This portal will guide you through the process of gathering all the necessary content that we will need for your website.
It is best to plan ahead as much as possible. Typically, projects are booked 2 months in advance, providing enough time to gather all necessary content.
If you require your website to be completed within a short timeline, please contact me and I will work with you to find the best way to accommodate your needs. Please note that a rush fee will apply.
If you don't have any branding or if you only have a logo and are not quite ready to invest in working with a brand designer, you will need to book a mini brand package in addition to your website design.
This package may include a wordmark logo created with an in-built font, font pairing, a color palette, and a styling guide.
To create your website, you will need to provide your own text content. However, if you prefer, I have partnered with a copywriter to offer website and copy services by the same team.

Copy services includes:
- Full website copy
- Copy edits
- SEO edits
If you decide to write your own copy, I provide a general content copy worksheet to help you get started.
If you don't have any images for your website, you have two options:
1. A custom branded photo session.
I highly recommend investing in a professional photography session for your website. Quality photographs are essential in creating the aesthetic of your brand and capturing users' attention while keeping them engaged. It's important to work with a photographer who matches your brand aesthetic, so take some time to research and find the right fit.

2. Stock images.
You may search and provide me with a cohesive selection of stock images. Alternatively, I can perform this research for an additional cost.
When booking with me, the dates we agreed upon are reserved for you. If you pay the initial 50% to book your project but don't complete your project homework, you will need to be rescheduled for the next available slot. Additionally, you will be required to pay a 50% rescheduling fee to re-book your project. It's important to allow yourself enough time to prepare your content when booking with me.

The cost of Squarespace or Shopify is not included in my services. At the end of the process, you will need to purchase your own subscription and provide your own domain.

However, as a Squarespace Circle Member, I can offer you a 20% discount on your first annual subscription (only available for new websites). You’ll also receive a free selected domain for the first year if you don't already have one.
Absolutely! After designing your website, I will connect your domain to Squarespace or Shopify from your domain provider.
To secure your project booking, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% first-payment. The final payment will be due upon completion of your website or at the launch date outlined in our signed schedule.
The initial payment is non-refundable as it is used to cover the preparation work required for the design project. This means that I will begin working as soon as the booking is confirmed. Additionally, I work with one client at a time. Once we have booked our project dates, these dates are secured for you.
