Design Days are condensed periods of time allocated to your project and goals. Therefore, it is important to note that while I will always aim to achieve as much as possible within the given timeframe, I cannot guarantee deliverables.
If your project requires a full website redesign, a Website for Small Business, Website for Artists & Creatives or a Template Restyle may be better suited to your needs.

01 / Consultation & Booking
If you believe a design day is the ideal option for your project, book your consult call through the inquiry form. We’ll discuss your needs and goals to ensure this is the right path for you.
If you decide to proceed with the design day, I'll send the first invoice (50%) and a digital contract for you to sign. This will secure our work together.

02 / Planning and Prep Call
Once your project is booked, I'll provide a link to your project portal. This portal includes a custom welcome video, a comprehensive questionnaire, and all the resources needed to prepare for the Design Day. After this, we'll schedule a call to discuss your to-do list, select priorities, and decide on the number of items we can implement during our scheduled time.

03 / Design Day
On the date selected, you will need to be available to provide me with quick feedback and answers to any questions I may have throughout the day. We will also have a summary call at the end of our project to finalize our work together.

04 / The Day after
If custom coding or plugins were implemented during your design day, you will receive a video recording and a PDF guide to help you edit these sections. Additionally, you will receive two weeks of post-launch design support via email.

Before our prep call, you will need to prepare your wish list in order of priority. We’ll then review it together to optimize it.
Before the Design Day, you will need to provide me with any new content or assets needed for the Design Day.

During our prep call, I will provide a realistic assessment of what I can accomplish during your Design Day. If necessary, you have the option to book another half or full day to complete your to-do list.
In this case, if you wish, the 1-hour prep call can be switched to 1 hour of additional design time. -
To avoid delays and make the most of our day, please ensure that you choose a day when you are fully available when booking with me.

Whether you are booking a full or half day, the design days include a 1-hour prep call. If you require additional guidance for your website, we can book a separate 1.5h strategy call.

To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% first-payment. The final payment will be due the day before your scheduled design day.

With a minimum of 14 days' notice, you can reschedule your design day once. The new design day must be scheduled within 1 month of the initial date.
